Vountima, Parnitha
Vountima ( or Voutima ) is a big field at 450m of altitude, in the north slopes of Parnitha, near Avlonas. The field has a two main dirt roads that encircle it. There also three smaller dirt roads that cross vertically the field between the ring road. When dry, this roads are easy, but if the weather is heavilly rainy, they might be unpassable due to mud. From Vountima, the main dirt road continues to the west and arrives to Skourta. There is a point at this road ( 1 km west from the west end of Vountima ), where during winter, a stream brings small stones on the road, so you may need good ground clearance or/and you may need to move some stones to continue ( see photos ). After that point, there are two roads that lead to Skourta, both easy. From Vountima there is also a road that leads to Fili, but there are bars, which sometimes are closed ( see photos as well ).
