This is a trail in the island of Kea ( also known as Tzia ). It leads to the Lighthouse of Tamelos in the southern point of the island. There you can enjoy a sunset in the Aegean sea!

The trail is easy but the last 700 meters have some difficulty, you may need 4wd to ascent . If you want to avoid the difficult part, you can park your vehicle at the last tight right turn and walk from there.

Note also that in the middle of the trail ( 4,4 km from the start ) you may have to open a door that is usually closed to prevent animals leaving the area.

Difficulty: Easy except the last 700 meters to the lighthouse that are more difficult and may require 4wd to ascent.
